I See You

I see you.
I see who you are.
I see right through you to the place you never dare go.

You might fool yourself and others, but you can’t fool me.
You cannot hide behind your facades and your lies,
for the truth is always clear from where my vision dwells.
I am the Earth, the Sea and the Sky, and
the wings that carry your spirit through time.
I am the voice that speaks through silence
and the movement you feel only in your heart.
I am the one who flies beyond.
I see you.
How does that make you feel?

The Wedge-tailed Eagle – Aquila audax – is Australia’s largest living bird of prey. It can measure over one meter in length with a wingspan of well over two meters.

TO many cultures, the Eagle is very symbolic of Spirit and Spiritual truth. Eagle speaks of great personal power and wisdom, and the voice of truth and conscience.
Eagle is my totem animal, and is always there when I need to be reminded to “look up” or be more true to myself and the moment.

    Definitely Larry! Did you know that Australia is the only country in the world where it is still legal to shoot these birds? We are the only place that KILL our eagles!

    Farmers used to shoot this Angel of the Skies, because they thought it killed all the sheep.
    Well, if sheep are more important than the Eagle, then I must be in the wrong stratosphere.
    Mother Earth is for us to appreciate. Not to Disseminate.
    The news tonight says it all, with the changes in our weathert and lifestyles ????.

    Wendy you are truly amazing, so much to contend with, and you can still find energy to make beautiful art.. I just love these images.and words of yours I really wish I had words to express how I feel.Love these birds, I have seen absolutely hundreds eating road kill all over Aus on our trips,so brave waiting until the last moment to just jump out of the way from cars.
