Isabella is one of my students and this is a picture of her horse. Obviously in real life it doesn’t have wings! She loves horses almost as much as her dogs.

When I’m teaching her, I often have to steer the conversation back to maths-what would you rather talk about? your favourite pet or maths?!

(what would you want your daughter talking about, when paying for her lesson? hmmm. I have to balance!!)

At least I can put her picture on the wall, or t-shirt! and enjoy her passion
