Do you Nibble more than you should ? Obese… Ugly… Fat… Sunilism

Lets make health a priority this year to live happy and long life.
Eat Right type of food and in right portion depending upon your job if you are active or sitting behind a desk all day. We need to drink 3 -6 litre of water each day depending on cold or warm day. Water cleanse the each cell of the body as it creates waste products which is required to be flushed out of our body for optimum performance. Develop an awareness to control your portion of intake of food, calorie intake and walk 3-4 km eachday.

Most of people nibble all day, some do at night time …always close to their fridge for a scoop of icecream and end up stuffing them with 4 or 6 scoops.

Here are some simple hints and strategies to make you healthy by contolling excess food intake and live longer with a better quality of life.

1. Rather drink a glass of Water – Cold water or Warm Water depending on weather and your liking at the time Zeee…rooo… Z Calories
2. Most of time we are thirsty of water so ruch to replenish water rather than rush to eat. Zeee…rooo… Calories
3. If you have desire to nibble just smell the food and rather give something small to you you pet fish..dog…cat and watch them as they eat….you get happiness by serving to others…. Zeee…rooo… Calories
4. If you are in office in the morning and it is 10:30 am you make green tea for your self and your best buddy. Zeee…rooo… Calories
5. At lunch time 12: 30 PM Divide your lunch into half for yourself and another half to share with others or put back into the fridge for tomorrow. Calories Reduction is essential.
6. You will feel much better after taking half lunch rather feel spring in your feet. Go for a lunch walk.
7. After noon 3 : 00 pm- Have another Tea / Coffee
8. At 6:00 pm at Home – Rather Drink Water.
9. Control your portion of intake of food , calorie intake and walk 3-4 km eachday
10. Eat a variety of food Fruits , Vegetables, Cabohydrates , Fats in unprocessed form as our bodies needs 103 elements found of the Earth.
11. Why I am telling you all this things ? .. Because I love you. Hope you already know them.
