Who am I ? I am a human. An autonomous mobile system more than a simple robot. I am priceless, invaluable, creator, blissful and happy human who is ready to share wisdom with others and loves to contributes to others life, just like you.

I came into this World empty handed and would go same way, I was born by love of two bodies and had my first birth day, I am living my life now and helping re-create few more bodies like tree develops new leaves as old leaves are discarded and already aged so as I have a use by date which is called my boxed date. So my time is in between the my first birth day and boxed day, which need to be more enjoyable and happy time. Moreover , I need to extend my life by being fit like a tiger / tigress and healthy and having a Body, Mind and Soul in harmony. Sunilism, has designed a holistic Daily Routine which will give all the people in the World a great routine once practice for 30 days will make their permanent habit to enable them to live a much better quality of life and happiness. Imagine living like a young tiger like fitness, healthy physical body, warm heart of a youth, mind of a God, resulting in a blissful, abundance & enjoying wealth for over 100+ years – absolutely disease FREE – without spending a cent – all Free.

Like me you also live your life. In fact, we have to be your own Master to control and manage your Mind , Body and Spirit. Mind is the master gland which controls over body and spirit. You have to keep your mind busy , so start training it because there is a proverb – Empty Mind is the Devils Workshop.

My Robust routine of early start in the mornings exercising like Healthy Physical Body, Mind and Spirit Connection , Cleansing, Nurturing and Restoration. Like each of us , I have a unique soul code which is encrypted and deciphering it will give me the unique birth agreement called my destiny which I had with God/Goddess/ Nature to find and accomplish my whole purpose in life on this planet Earth. Each living and non- living being has a unique vital purpose and are inter-dependant. In the large Cosmos, World is a Loving small family; all brothers and sisters; all equal but equally important; like different parts of the human body; we do love all parts of our body from mind, Heart to Foot; all are made in the reflection of Divine / Nature. This is my Dharma ( Duty, Responsibility, Love, Support, Celebrate, empowerment, life’s true pleasures (like having happy and contended mind, warmth in heart, extra-ordinary vision, being a giver to others ) and Forgiveness ( To dissolve all the negativity, sadness, un-necessary worries, narrow-mindedness now ) ; will help to accomplish my unique purpose to make this Earth collectively a true Heaven Now!

1. *Good Morning Spirit – Morning Connection — Inner Child Soul and Divine *

4:00-4:05 am Let inner Child Soul – Spirit connect with the Divine Parent
Spirit.
Positive Life : Positive Thoughts. Positive Actions and Positive Habits :
Smile not only on your lips but even in your eyes with kindness and compassion which open our heart, soul & intellect altogether: I do express my humble gratitude for wonderful life, family, Friends, Health, Wealth & Wisdom.

2. Continuous Improvement: I also further seek constant direction, love, energy, happiness and to move forward another step each day to accomplish and cherish my divine unique purpose of my life on the Earth. It is an agreement which was done between my soul and divine before my birth;

3. Ushapan – Drink Water 3 glasses, More than 70 – 80 % of our body is water…Yes water. Water helps to move nutrients and cleanse the impurities from the body. Drink (4-6 Liters of water daily -add honey / lime/ basil leaves/green tea/ mint tea ) PS . Ushapan is called morning water drinking.

4. Chanting OM, Mantras Yoga – ओ३म् O3m (Aum),Om is oneness with the supreme divine. Om is the mysterious vibrational cosmic energy of entire cosmos and rhythmic chanting integrates the person with the Cosmos and creates resonance which showers the amplified cosmic divine energy around us called Aura.Om..Om..Om..Om. Om..Om..Om.Om.. 4:05 – 4:20 am Walk 15 minutes. This activates the body and go in a park each morning close to you live.
Morning Walk ( 4 Km) on Wednesdays and Fridays.

6.* Body Purification : Cleanse the body :*15 min- Personal Care and Shower

4:20-4:35 am Bathing Water Hydration – A habit of tap cold water shower
PS: In winters, the tap water as it stay is pipeline might be more
cold so rather run the tap for 2-3 minutes for fresh water to come.

7. *Physical External Body Exercises: Warm up : *Top to Bottom
Youthfulness will come back to you with being more flexible
4:35 – 4:45 am Warm up – Stretches – & Exercises – Body Flexibility

8. * Physical Endurance and Strength Building:*4:45 am – 5:05 am5 minutes 10 x Push ups and 10x Crunches ( 3 Sets – 30 Each )5 minutes x Sheershasana – Head at the bottom and feet up along a wall5 minutes x On the spot run and Yoga5 minutes 500 x Air Boxing Punches- Go around a table 10 time punching 50 in each9.* Internal Body Health Exercise for Disease Free Body: Yogic Breathing * Cleansing – PranayamaFor Weight Loss and optimum functions of Lungs, Intestine, Abdomen Liver, Pancreas do the following Yogic exercises

5:05- 5:30 am
10 min 3 Sets x Breathing Sniff out for 3 minute called " Kapal Bhati " which fixes the stomach
5 Min 3 Sets x Agni Saar – Breath out; Pull back and forth the stomach
– Your belly size will reduce and face will glow with great health
10 min 3 Sets x Alternative Nostral Breathing 3 minutes called "Anulom Vilom
– No wrinkly lines on the face and will glow with great health and youthfulness

10, Mind Exercise: – 10 min -Chakra Yoga and Meditation – Dance
5:30 am -5:40 am – Sit down quietly with no thoughts – If a thought comes than say let it go. Just concentrate on the top of your head about 1 meter vertical space and experience the divine cosmic energy showering on your head and all over your body and entering in to your body and reaching all arteries and wanes further cleaning each cell of the body and clearing the old impressions.

11. Recite Positive Affirmations
- Day by Day I am getting better and enjoying my life more and helping my friends.
- Life is a blissful and happy journey, I know the very purpose of my life, My vision to reach this summit and everyday I am working towards it by doing activities, to meet objectives, goals and attaining my purpose increasingly giving my humble gratitude to the divine.

12. *Life Study Resources * Believers would read Holy Books & Scriptures.

1:00 pm – 5:00 pm After noon Session
3:00 pm Cup of warm water stir with 1 tablespoon of Psyllium seed husks *
