Sometimes things don’t go as planned…
The demolition of this old, abandoned factory and its grain silos didn’t go quite as expected in Oulu, Finland.
Note that this was not a picture taken right as the silos were falling down, they just stood like that. The demolition crew tried to blow them up at least 4 times (2 on Thursday, 2 on Friday) but the silos just wouldn’t fall.
The funniest thing is that the silos were previously thought of as “structurally weak”, way to show them who’s boss, silos!

Oh, and the smoke is coming from the power plant behind the silos, just to clear up any confusion :)
