Cumberland Falls State Resort Park in Kentucky (USA) has fabulous irises! In fact they have so many, it’s difficult to isolate one from the group. I had to do a lot of erasing in Paint Shop Pro in order to remove the neighboring irises from this picture, but now the full beauty of this one comes shining through!
Canon EOS REBEL T1i, Canon Zoom Lens EF-S 18-55mm.
Edited to a misty pale texture in high key using Corel Paint Shop Pro.
Location: Corbin, Kentucky (USA).
Season: May 6th, spring.
Dedicated to the pleasures of our state parks.
