Before moving to Scotland, I worked as a freelance photographer in the music business, photographing most major rock bands for the music press and record companies
I use both conventional photography and painting, combined with digital art to create a wide variety of images.
I am lucky enough that for the past year I have been doing some volunteer work at the Highland Wildlife Park near Aviemore, which enables me to follow the antics of the 3 rapidly growing Amur tiger cubs, born a year ago. (plus the delightful and equally endangered Scottish wildcats)
I enjoy painting and photographing the plants and landscapes of the North East of Scotland, taking a closer look at the textures and form occurring in the landscape and attempting to capture the essence of the ever changing seasons and weather conditions.
