Swirled Away

While pausing beside the Little River in the Smoky Mountains I noticed this foam swirling around a rock in the stream. Sometimes in our daily live we get caught up in the rush and flow of life and end up just going in circles with no escape. Don’t get swirled away, take time daily to stop and reflect on your life. Take time for just you, if it’s only for a few moments. You mind works best when its not spinning in circles, stop and let it refresh itself on something pleasant and enjoyable….Image taken from the Little River Raod, GSMNP

The swirls on this around the rocks are magnificent Gary and go well with the water movement to the top left of it. Nicely framed with the rocks and trees.
