Welcome all to the photography of Gary L. Suddath …..I live in East Tennessee,USA.I am about an hour from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.My grandfather got me interested in photography at an early age.Other than what I learned from him I an self taught.I use a Canon 5D Mark II,40D,20D and XTi at the present.I love photography an for me it is a stress relief.Most my work is from the Smoky Mountains,but I also do some when on vacation and wildlife.I will also have flowers and East Tennessee area.I hope you enjoy my work…...If your interested in hand made soaps and crafts in the Appalachian tradition please visit Appalachian Primitives

I have been asked several times about some of my info on my Smoky Mountain shots. I’ve gathered over the years most the informational pamplets and some books from the NP tourist center managed by the Great Smoky Mountain Association of which I’m a Life Member of. The majority of info can be found in them. I also cruse the internet for info. I have other books on the early lifestyle of the area due to my interest in genealogy.
