Artist's Description

Taken with a Nikon D60 at Blackall Cemetry, QLD, Australia. This is the grave of the famous Australian Shearer, Jack Howe, who lived from 1861 – 1920 and made the record for blade shearing of 321 sheep in 7 hours and 40 minutes on 10/10/1892. He is famous Aussie icon and was known as a "Gun " shearer, meaning he was fast and did great quantities of sheep in one day.
