Back in the days when racing cars actually started out as real cars and manufacturers made homologation specials, Holden built a limited number of ‘A9X’ Torana hatchbacks for racing. Included a 5 litre V8 and many other goodies.
This is a replica of one that was raced by Bob Jane and later by Garry Rogers.

Thanks Bill – yeah they went like crazy. The Fords had bigger engines, but they were in bigger, heavier cars, so it all worked out about even and made for great racing.
