Born in Canterbury, Kent, in 1971, I have always been surrounded by beautiful countryside and varied and diverse coastline. Photography has become an outlet for expressing my love for the region.
nice lead in Stuart! with a gorgeous orange glow!Hay have you heard of the photographers ephimeris?? you can download it right, then you can pin point where you wanna go, and it will show you where the sun and moon will rise and set….pretty cool!!
Thanks very much indeed Joel. I went on a shoot with someone else at this location a few weeks ago and they were telling me all about it. I haven’t got around to trying it yet but it looks very cool indeed.
With that i’m going to have to leave this location alone for a few months as the sun will head around further to the left before coming back over the sea sometime in August.

This is gorgeous Stu, love the way the rocks in the foreground lead you into the shot, so glad you got a decent sky after so many attempts, I quite like the still water in this, it adds to that beautiful reflective light! Nice work mate!
Cheers Simone, I forget what this time of year’s like here for slow moving tides although it sounds like I left too early as another bubbler I know was caught by a fast wave about 10 miles round the corner from here later that morning.
