Love this piece. The strung up man and sense of sadness, blue tones all make such an emotive image. This really contrasts well with the other surreal images in your portfolio, hmmmmm what could be next:))

eye drawn to this one straight away – maybe the striking blue – but can’t think of anything profound to say except i love it – i think it is a beautiful piece – i think there is a disturbing element but for some bizarre reason i find peace in it – i don’t know why.

This is magnificent. I can’t even begin to describe how it makes me feel. I’d love to have the original on my wall.

The more I look at this, the more I see. It’s very deep. Deeper than the deep blue sea. Given the title , I assume this is a sarcastic view of the notion of a loving God? All the while, we are left wondering what exists behind those openings in the sky. The sky looks brighter on the other side to me…..

I’m guessing the smoke on the horizon is the smoke from an extinguished candle.

Yep. It’s obvious now. And of course directly above the figure. Gotta get away from this now…it’s making me think too much.
