    Thanks Nick! A fence had to be erected around the old place as cattle were camping & leaning on it, thus the angle of the front wall….

    So in the bad old days a notorious gangster holed up in my area….

    haha yes I know re long time ago, just his reputation lingered. Knew a person rented a house he lived in …or was captured ..?? Trying to remember another baddie, Skelton? thinking something to do with skeleton as his nickname we kids in the 40 and 50 s panicking , kept escaping a lot-

    gosh I ended up doing research! Skinner ! ha-ha kids really loved that name. Escapee 4 times… not much happened to us either, lived amongst the apple orchards at Wantirna , excitement was chasing an old smelly escapee billy goat called Archimedes around the school grounds.
