This lovely fellow just arrived for this photo shoot. A Kea or New Zealand parrot he/she sat patiently for a half dozen shots then calmly flew away. Not flustered or afraid, probably hoping for something to eat or was just inquisitive as to who the hell I was pointing that camera thing at it! Beautiful creature!

    Wow, was just watching PBS on New Zealand, and they were showing these Inquisitive birds! Friendly little buggers! Nice capture!

    One of the most intelligent birds alive. As smart as a chimp or a small child, can solve complex puzzles.
    Omnivourous parrot, will sit on a sheeps back, and dig its beak in… to extract some nice fats and fluids.
