Cool.
Steve Sharp replied
Never mind cool – it was bloody cold and damp! (despite the warm colours).

A beautiful image! Love the soft lighting and perspective!
Steve Sharp replied
Soft lighting courtesy of sea-spray on the filter! ;)

Well done on the Feature Steve, a worthy image and the superb milky flow works really well, love the pastel shades of the sky
Steve Sharp replied
Cheers David; I’ve had many ‘failures’ of this kind of shot so its always nice to get one come off how I visualised it.

Milos Markovic
It must have been very dark since you have manage to “squeeze” a 30 sec. exposure Steve.
I love this kind of dreamy and surreal scenes, who would say that we pass by those opportunities so often without even thinking about capturing them. Well i am glad that at least somebody does it so well :)
Steve Sharp replied
Thanks Milos; strange thing is while it looks very serene in this, the sea was really quite rough and a harsh wind was blowing!
toby snelgrove...
it is all about being there and timing … great work
Svetlana Sewell

Steve Sharp replied
Thankyou (belatedly) Svetlana!

Steve Sharp replied
THanks very much! :) It will be a shame (for us photographers) when all these old-style defences have been removed.

Now this is how to make anything look amazing! Fantastic work
Steve Sharp replied
Thankyou Anji, its strange but just taking long exposures of moving things (water in particular) gives it a whole new ambiance; its also good fun because you’re never quite sure how its going to turn out :)
