About Me

Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Steven Pearce a bit of geek, image whore, tweeker and all round photography nut. I’ve been living here in Alice Springs for over a year now and it is hard to see an end to this place. Alice Springs has to be one of the most surprising towns here in Australia, surprising in a way that might not seem apparent when you arrive.

I am currently employed as a tour guide, this is the vessel that enables me to get out and see some of the most amazing sights Australia has to offer. Every week I visit Uluru, Kata Tjuta, Kings Canyon, the West MacDonnall Ranges and Palm Valley. Many people pay vast deals of money to visit these places and with good reason as they are simply spectacular locations.

For more than a year I’ve been touring and for nearly the same length of time I’ve been refining my techniques for photographing the amazing landscapes. Landscape photography is my main focus as there is nothing better than getting out there, walking the trail, breathing the hot air and seeing this land for what it is.
