This is one of the fabulous sculptures by the sea. It is a sculpture festival that is held in Sydney each year. There are many wonderous and some really weird things to be seen.

This one is one of my favourites from this year.

Sculptures by the Sea, Sydney 2008

The name of the photo is my interpretation not the sculptures.

**recently I discovered the name of the sculpture to be “waiting”. a lovely coincidence. 28th april, 2009.

What a beautiful image you have captured here Steven………love the sea, sand and transparent animals……………very nicely composed…………….your title is perfect as well! Cheers, Rose :)))

  • The best part is that they are all lifesize. Wonderfull iron work involved and I want them for my garden !

I am glad you like the name as well. It just seemed right.
