I woke up on wednesday morning and everything had changed. The sky was grey and the sea was moody. The swell was relentless and strong but controlled. There was no rain, There was no wind. The colour had been removed from the world for a moment.

l love the waves when they roll in like this, the spray reminds me of the flowing manes on wild horses ! beautifully shot Steven

  • Thanks Trudi. It was such a change from the day before which big crisp and blue. I just sat there and watched the waves roll in. They were about 150 metres apart and just kept coming and stretched for miles.

Hello Steve , just a quick note ….thanks for the sea ….love, andre

  • I am thrilled you like it. I know there is a connection for you with the sea, I don’t know what the connection is but consider it for a moment just for you !

That’s an amazing shot Steven…….it looks so cold and powerful.

  • It was amazingly relentless but controlled. It was like it was alive !

yes great discription on your own work, just waiting for the dolphins to jump out of that wave.

  • I think even the dolphins were avoiding this day. I guess they were at a dolphin bar doing bad kareoke !
