Great macro. It has a nice bokeh. It really makes the dragonfly standout. I love macro photography because we usually get some great surprises when we view them on the computer.

Yes the color is real. Red dragonfly is very common in Malaysia. We have blue too. I even capture a gold one, that is a bit unusual. You can find it in my site.

Grrr … lol Which is to say that I have been searching for some old photos I had of just this sort of thing, and of one relatively this color, so I could do a digital painting with them. (sigh)
