Hand painted changerooms

Thanks for the compliment Frank. This is my concept / design / illustration (and painstaking execution). I spent about 30 hours in-store painting. It was commissioned by a magazine on the store’s behalf. The photography was easy compared to the artwork itself :)

I’m no sure. They contacted me after seeing some of my work.

Cheers – I was worried about the colours getting out of hand. I had limited time and I didn’t know what the light was going to do to a complex scheme. Also had lots of different visual info to convey. Hoped the limited colour might tie things together a little.

Thanks. Yeah I hoped those elements, techniques would hold it all together somehow. I also used a dotted line throughout to assist with that.
