Okay, I’ll be the first, since you asked for real feedback… I didn’t find the grey/orange colour combination altogether visually pleasing, and the line “putting colour into your art” makes me think you are taking black/white photos and making them colour photos when the site is about taking pictures to canvas. Lastly, I found the header to be out of sinc just a bit. The pictures on the walls are too small because when I look at it my eyes travel more to the uncoloured portions of the header ie. the walls, the chair.
I found the steps to creating and purchasing extremely well done, very “dummie” proof if you will, which, if not being very computer savy, would entice me to give it a try; for example, if I wanted one of my photos on canvas. The links to different areas and your process explanation link (why greyman) was very good as well. May you find much prosperity in your adventure!

That is a really great website. In addition it maybe good to add PayPal, some people to prefer to pay by this method, as they do not need to disclose their credit card details to another third party. The reasons are well known and it just reduces the risk.

I just love the varies views from the images, sofa view as a fabulous and very different.

It is really good, but do consider also using PayPal

#2 – upload you own image – following that link to the next page – we protect your images at the bottom of the page – sounds flat. We protect all your images We protect each individual image as if its our own…...needs to feel more secure on a personal level

PS – I am not sure if I missed it what about a copyright clause for uploaded pictures. Emailing the image to you – a strangetr to people outside RB might make them uneasy. Perhaps you should put in a clause or rather your undertaking that copyrights reamins with the owner, that images will be deleted once order complete. Not sure how you can proove this. Maybe you need to build an uploading website, where the user can then remove the image. or the image automatically removes with 14 days after order is completed.

great site can’t find anything to moan about EXCEPT….. double delivery charge to Northern Ireland! :( (Although I know that can’t be helped when using independent couriers, it does put us Northern Irish buyers off sometimes!!!)

I found the site pleasantly uncluttered and VERY easy to navigate – I don’t know about the name….does not give me in a nutshell what your site is all about! Should be more catchy

Hmm… i’d recommend that you flip vertical the logo’s shadow and do a little gradient off effect to it.. sorta like this and prolly remove the extra codes after the page tracker script.. =D it’ll be nice if you can make the 1 2 3 4 panels have complete border instead of the little cut on the top left side.. but that’s just my pov.. really love your lil guys in the design. very cutely rendered!! =D

A well laid out site and the colour scheme I though was just right. It was easy to navigate with help and exploitations on things like uploading an image displayed in easy step by step instructions, All in all it was an enjoyable experiance visiting the site this site, very professional. I would agree with two comments from above; I’m not sure about the name, and also the site should have a facility for paying with PayPal. Apart from that an excellent site.

On your pricing chart, I would add an option so other countries can see what their cost would be. Kinda like it is here on Rb, a conversition chart of sorts.
Are you keeping overseas only?
Also, I would state for the people who are uploading their own work, make it clear that it is only for them, and not a tool to use for people to view their work there. Add alittle more information about “their account”. You know how we photogs are about putting our work on just anyone’s site. So Im sure the same would go here.
Navigation is very good, nice and smooth, dont have to hunt, you have kept it in same area on every page, so viewer can feel comfortable immediately. Navigation is a huge thing for a successful website, you have done great on it

Hi Steve – great website, couple things for me – on the prices page, you don’t state that you can post outside of the UK – it’s only on the questions page under General Information, saying that, you’ve created a question “I live outside the UK. Do you deliver to my country?”
Yes we can deliver to anywhere within the European Union. There will be an additional charge based upon destination and the quantity and sizes of canvas prints required. Please contact us should you wish to receive a quotation. There are other countries outside of the European Union and when I read the answer to the question the first word I saw was YES, so my hopes are built up, but then I read on and you only post within Europe (I live in Australia) which is a shame, as I really like the site. If you are planning in the future to have the option to post internationally, then maybe have something on the site to say that in the future you may be able to post internationally – it will keep people interested then, otherwise, they won’t come back – why would they? At least it gives them some hope. Just an idea/thought.

Agree about paypal – to have the option would be great.

Nicely done, very appealing…it seems several people have beat me to my comments! Paypal, would be a nice added feature for those leery of sending $ to an unknown, a conversion chart for US and other buyer, http://www.xe.com is a good site to link to, and yes, something more “personal” about protecting their art once uploaded would be a nice added feature. Oop, now I see you only post to Europe…yes, add a spot that says to come back, you are hoping to expand as business expands, because then I would be back!! Great job though over all, nice concept, I like the art work on the wall, and the little “man” throwing the paint, the name does not, however give me a clue as to what the site is….
