Polar bear cubs and mum having a quick nap on an ice floe. What a great sight to see!
The sea ice is shrinking at an alarming rate, which has a huge impact for the bears as this is their main hunting ground. More and more bears are being found to have drowned while trying to find the ice, even though they can swim up to sixty miles or so!
I hope the ice does not completely vanish and that they always have somewhere to hut!

I’m noticing that they don’t have much snow. It seems that we, here in Michigan, have plenty. Actually, in my opinion, we have TOO MUCH. I would be willing to ship some there for them. But I have a feeling they will soon be migrating this way anyhow. ;) Love your bear pics.
