The Connection
A classic shot, and one that I have always liked, is one person in a crowded scene looking at the camera. To me it creates a connection between the subject and the viewer that has always intrigued me. Even when that one person is Stevie Wonder that connection is there. And perhaps more so.

fantastic capture Steve
Clark Thompson
All of that paparazzi and who got the shot? This is fantastic and a photograph you certainly have a right to be proud of. I understand that Mr. Wonder has some limited vision; however, do you really think that he “saw” you? There definitely seems to be a mental connection here…;
Jens Helmstedt
A great shot from a great musician you made Steve! And yes, it is clear i think, only he liked to look to your camera – a connection between two creatives !

Wow! this is amazing, none of the sighted people are looking the way of the camera and yet the unsighted person appears to be looking directly at the camera., its quite spooky. Great capture Steve!!
Steve Buffington replied 11 days ago
Thanks Kay. I guess I will never know if he was really looking my way. I was using a telephoto. But his sense of hearing must be amazing and it sure is a coincidence where he is pointed!—Steve
