Thats an ugly looking critter :-) Nice shot though! I have never seen one before and I am now glad. I would love to see it in relation to something that I can use to judge size, but it looks BIG!
Hi Vikki and thanks. This is a largish one…about the size of a normal-sized clenched fist. They somehow mainly appear, seemingly from nowhere just before it rains. Yesterday, whilst mowing my lawn, I had several tiny ones surface from within the grass ! – Steve
