Just take your time by

The Reed Corner collection
Netherlands, Amsterdam, de Riethoek

Dec. 19, 2010
We got even more snow last night, so I woke up early and decided to take my camera and go to the park around the lake. On my way back I passed through the Reed Corner.

I was welcomed there by this little cuty, a European Robin wikipedia – it allowed me to take a whole series of pics of it, in all kind of pauses… seems like it had all the time of the world…

Absolutely beautiful. I haven’t seen many robins this year, and come to think of it, I didn’t see many last year either. I miss them.

  • Hmm… I had one last year on my balcony, coming to feed on the bread crumbs I used to place among my planters, And I do see them every now and then, so I must be lucky then. But never got the chance to see it that close, bur such a stretch of time, and with my camera in hand… This truly was my lucky Robin day! :D
