First snow this year

Apeldoorn, the Netherlands – Crown Domain Het Loo
Where I live, the snow didn’t stay longer than a few minutes, so I had to travel a few hours to make these pics… The public transport was all messed up because of the first winter-weather, but brought me finally into winter-wonderland… I think this journey was well worth the effort :) …
I’ve been spending a long time at this particular spot, trying to capture the sun beams casted on the misty grassland and among the ancient oaks… not hard to sense the sacredness of a place like this…
