In response, I’d say you’ve added to the beauty quotient of the ref photo. She’s an attractive model, but the photo you used was ordinary after looking at your drawing. You’ve achieved the magic trick of successfully translating how you feel into 2-dimensional reality.

question – how does watercolor pencils work for you…..? and are they easy to use…i can see you have done wonders with them here

thanks for your kind comments, i’m glad you appreciate my work. Water pencils are awesome, they allow me to add colour to my graphite work easily and precisely, as you’ll see in other pieces i’ve done i often add just a touch of colour and in small intriquate places, and wc pencils make it really easy. Need to get to grips with water colour paint now but need to learn the techniques required to use it well. :))))
