Yes, this little bird is allowed to travel around the house wherever it wishes. On this occasion, it sat down in front of the cat and lifted his tail. Amazingly, the bird still lives!!

He likes to use them up! This cute little bird was very daring to sit so close to the cat, yet the cat tolerated this activity.

I can see him drooling :). We had a cat that would sit by the window watching the birds, and he would literally drool.
