What about something along the line of… “Adelaide Hyatt’s Backyard”?
Stephen Mitchell, 11 months ago
Hmmm… interesting. Thanks. Gives me ideas….
1. Is This Your Ball in My Backyard?
2. Zenadelaide
3. .... still thinking about other ideas…
Will come back to this. Might stay as is.

I like the title – nicely worked image… full of impact for me…
great elements!
PS: also like: Is This Your Ball in My Backyard?

It’s funny you say that Paul, because while I was adjusting the elements, ‘working’ them as you say, this image popped up and I said to myself Is this Adelaide or Melbourne? :D
It’s taken me a while to determine what makes it easy on the eye:
1. The bright blue sky (which was originally grey),
2. the blue horizontal concrete just back from the ‘ball’
3. the blue hue to all the vertical steel and windows
3. and the salmon/peach coloured concrete!
Amazingly, it all works well together!
Does anyone else have any alternative titles? Paul, your postscript may end up being the winning decision on a title. Sorry, no monetary gain from this faux comp’!

It is a very well worked image. Looks like a poster.
excellent

Thank you Deon. Thanks for considering it worthy of being a poster. Your comment is appreciated.

Hmmm, I think this shot / work is terrific Steve. I wish I knew how to do that sort of stuff. I’ve tried to replace sky before but I couldnt get it. Its very futuristic, sharp, colourful and oober interesting.
Mick.

Mick, thanks again for a great compliment!
I hate to disillusion you … but … the sky hasn’t been ‘replaced’. I shot the photograph on a somewhat dismal day: To brighten it up, I applied a plugin from a freeware program which did ALL of what you see. Now I’ll have to dig up the original image…
