Thanks for your good comments on this photo. We adopted Scooter from the Winnipeg Humane society. They had given him River as a name, but it didn’t suit him nor did we like it. We decided watch him to see what his character was like. We notice he would run all over the house, back and forth meowing his head off, that how got the name.

Thanks for commenting on this photo of Scooter. Your right this photo make him look big, but he’s actually small for a adult male, he weighs no more than 10 pounds. He only 3/4 the size of his big buddy Midnight (our other cat) who weighs about 14 pounds

Scooter was sitting by the fence wondering how he could get to the bird on the other. I call his name, he looked at me, I took the the shot and then he ran away before I could get another.

Awww…how cute.. GREAT CAPTURE.. Love the detail in the cat and the M on the forehead.. I forget what they call these cats.. I had a couple barn cats that had that M on there forehead and someone had a name for them.. GREAT WORK :))

Thanks commenting on this photo! I never noticed the M on Scooter’s forehead before. I had to have look at him in person, well feline and sure enough there it is. I showed my wife and she said all tabby cats have that mark. Totally Cool !

Scooter is a very handsome kitty. Lovely shot of him. Cat shots are difficult (unless their sleeping). I know my cat Motor has an uncanny knack of turning away just as I press the shutter. Great Job!!
