Conwy Castle is one of the jewels of North Wales.

Taken in RAW and in Aperture Priority mode with a Nikon D300s and a Sigma 10/20 lens, set at a focal length of 10mm. This was tripod mounted which allowed me a shutter speed of 1/45th second. Other settings include F13 and an ISO rating of 100.

Well done, Stephen! It’s been a lot of years since I was there. Has to be my favourite Welsh castle, except for maybe Haverfordwest Castle, where I spent a lot of time as a youth.

  • Thanks so much for the kind comment David, I’m glad it’s brought back some happy memories.
