Taken in RAW and in manual mode with a Nikon D300s and a Nikon 24/85 lens (in macro mode) set at a focal length of 52mm. Other settings include F3.8, shutter speed 1/10th sec, ISO 200. This shot was tripod mounted and a shutter release cable was also used. Spot metering was used.
