Small jetty and boat-shed at Nelson on the Glenelg river in Victoria South Australia. Property of the ‘River Vu’ caravan park.

A dull and cloudy day with rain and wind made for a successful black and white conversion of a three shot HDR – converted in Photomatix.

Canon 400D 17-85 lens with three shot HDR hand held.

    nice nice nice … the clouds give so much to the pic – they kinda keep the picture grounded … with all the lines leading to the top of the pic (pointy roof, jetty lines, the diagonals zig zagging on the right from the black pointy thing to the boat which keeps our eye going upward) .. the sky stops the eye from runing out the top of the frame …

    and i love the horizon line bushes and the things on the right hand side that give me a bit of a jolt to the equillibrium of the symmetry … nice work >>> Gina
