Trying out a borrowed Canon 100 macro lens today in preparation for the purchase of a dedicated macro lens.
Plenty of activity in the garden after recent rains and now some nice balmy pre summer weather.

Not sure about that Bill. Thanks to AngieBel giving me a fixed 50 1.8 to try I collected that new one on Friday. The 100 will have to wait a little longer I’m afraid.

Sounds good Bill. The chap I was with today had his new Canon 100-500 1.4 worth $11,000 (he actually got it for that price, down from $13,500). Not that I was jealous but hell it was something to dream about.
