Alex, thanks for the comment. Just got there early for a training session and asked the security guard. No flash allowed and not allowed to interfere with others there!

Jim, I was worried about that but spoke to a security guard who said images were allowed as long as there was no flash and it didn’t interfere with users studying or reading there. Had no tripod with me so long exposures were difficult but not impossible and being there before opening time made it possible.
