Portrait of a pronghorn (Antilocapra americana) in the Lamar Valley of Yellowstone National Park. The pronghorn is generally accepted to be the fastest land mammal in North America. This one was moving slowly. :-)
Upon entering the area, there were so many diverse animals, I remarked that the Lamar Valley was “Like Eden”. It’s obvious why the Lamar Valley has been called the Serengeti of North America.

Hi Stephen, I’ve taken lots of shots of antelope (we call them annielopes in our family) and have wished for just this light, just this amount of gentle movement, just this closeness (very skittish outside of YS). Thank you for catching the image I aspire to capture!
Thank you for your feedback!
