i’ve always written and drawn, messed about with mud to create clay creatures that baked on the kitchen window sill in the summer sun. i suppose i’ve always enjoyed getting down and dirty, fingers covered in charcoal, clay up the fingernails, pastel dust plating my clothes… there’s something theraputic and calming about the whole process of creating, isn’t there? i love drawing women, animals, and the fantistical and the very real. exploration and learning continues. inspiration can be found anywhere. people intrigue. life is a difficult, but curious journey. it is lonely but creating soothes.
