Clash of the Titans
Found on the balcony outside my bedroom window one evening recently. The spider was dead already. You can see the trail (of spider blood?) he left as he staggered away after their deathly embrace. The spider must have bitten the bee before the bee then stung it. The bee seemed partially paralysed, he just sat there moving his legs uselessly. You can see remnants of the spider’s web he bumbled into still on his tail end. The Bumble Bee was gone the next morning…
