I was looking through David Librach’s work this evening, some stunning photographs, of which one in particular, Yin and Yang connected with me on a particular emotional level as well as the more academic perspective i usually appreciate things from. off to Germany for a couple of days

I did the stupid o’clock thing this morning, out of bed before my alarm went off, it was set for 3.45am, made a thermos, and out of the house by 4.30am, delayed by having to recharge my camera’s battery.

I was heading for Wiltshire and the Vale of Avalon, a beautiful area of countryside inundated by ancient / pre-historical pagan monuments and burial sights. I got there for sevenish. I was…

Today i was driving to court for a hearing and i was early, as i had to take some pictiures on a site visit, and, well between Leicester and Market Harborough there is some beeutoful countryside through which runs the Grand Union canal. Uganda - working holiday

I probably have one or two too many photos in here from Uganda. I only went at th every last minute, and i suppose it goes to show that the old adage, ‘one door closes, another one opens’ remains true. I was made redundant in the middle of May, the result of, amongst other things, my government killing my profession. However, no worries, it took my four days to get another position, better paid…
