Pure and simply, I love the beauty of this world we live in… I feel it is a gift that we can share to inspire one another. My beloved Mother and Father were my inspiration as we spent most of our summers camping in the mountains by wild rivers of Washington, and travelling to Utah to the land of their birth. Photography has been a love since my first little Brownie back in the 1960’s, and since discovering digital photography this year it has become an addiction… more than that really, it has become my therapy, by breath, my passion.
I love to share the beauty I am surrounded with, and occasionally some unusual sights… my camera goes where I go. Currently the only one I have is a Canon Powershot A630, and I am learning to push its limits to the edge.
My dog Rio and I wander the hills, travel to the Peninsula, and crawl around in flowerbeds in search of beauty.. we camp a lot in the summer.
I also am a caregiver, managing an Adult Care Home with 6 elders. They teach me so much about living and dying… and my life is richer for it.
Thank you for coming to see my photos, and please take time to browse! I also have a large account on Flickr, nearly 3000 photos under the same user name, Starlisa
