I was smitten by this cute little fellow’s face as he peered through a window at me at Taronga Zoo in Mosman Sydney Australia.
He is known as a De Brazza’s Guenon.
Like other monkeys, grimace and show their teeth when they are excited or nervous.
The male guenon defends his family against predators. When a predator is detected, the male shakes branches and barks to divert attention from his group.
