Here’s how to do it in Photoshop:

-Create new TEXT LAYER in Photoshop and type in your text.
-Import required image in new layer.
(Drag TEXT LAYER to position it below the IMAGE LAYER in layers panel)
-Press ALT on keyboard and keeping it pressed, click mouse on the separator between two layers in layers panel.
(Cursor changes shape when you need to click)

Now, resize/move the IMAGE LAYER as you like.
If you wish, you can add a drop shadow to the text layer and add to the effect.

You too could have this!

Could make for a pretty cool look tee design.. :0)
