A view from my truck near Winslow,AZ. USA. as the high winds( from 30 to 60 mph) were blowing across the open desert….At times you could only see a couple feet in front of you…..The freight train carrying rail pigs was only 30 yards off I-40 at this point….

    Awesome capture Thomas,in all of my life l can only remember one of these storms about 2ys ago.
    Red dust from the west,terrible and i hope never to see again.

  • I have been across there many times and this is the first real sand storm that I have been in….three tractor trailers were blown over by the winds the day I went through…
