These Shoes Were Meant for Walking.....For Breast Cancer Awareness

October 24 was the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides for Breat Cancer 5k Walk here in Atlanta, Ga. I pledged to walk it in pink heels. I walked that and more. I had people coming up to me and congradulating me and asking me if my feet hurt. I just told them that walking 3or so miles in high heels is nothing compared to the pain and hardship of dealing with cancer and if I can kick cancer I can certainly walk this short distance in a pair of heels. It was fabulous. I never felt so wonderful.
