This picture is dedicated to the memory and courage of my very dear friend Tami Lee and all those who also lost their battle with Breast Cancer.
On Aug 16,2006 I was awakened at 2am by this image. The urge to put this on paper was virtually uncontrollable. Every time I shut my eyes to try and get back to sleep, this image would appear. I tried several times but to no avail. At 6am I started to sketch out my vision. By noon that day it was complete. This picture would not have been created if it weren’t for the strong will of Tami, my dear sweet angel.
Thank you for your support , strength, and your courage as we battled cancer together.
All Proceeds from the sale of these items go to the American Cancer Society in honor of those we have lost.
Remember……The memory of their courage and strength will live in in us forever.

I am so passionale about bringing awareness to everyone. If I could shout it loud enough I would do it. I have lost too many friends and family to Cancer. I am 4th generation breast cancer and it scares the poo out of every one in my family. Including my daughter.

love this. lost my grandma to breast cancer n she was only 60, and i was only in her life for about 2 yrs. its a terrible thing. this picture is truely beautiful and amazing, great work

How long since her treatment? I am going on six years. I have been very dedicated in the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life and Making Strides for Breast Cancer. All proceeds from all my work goes to them. We also have set up a special fund for pacients in our area that can’t afford meds,gas, or other items not covered by insurance. The money from my Cancer pin sales go to that fund.

thank you darlin’ My grandma died of breast Cancer and Hodgkins, two of my aunts had it and had massectomy’s. I am a 6 year survivor. God bless you and Pray you get passed.

Sandy, I just spotted this, what a wonderful picture, and sentiment.
My grandmother survived for over 20 years, my cousin over 15, my sister, over 8, my mother-in-law over 10, my aunt, did not survive, my father-in-law had kidney cancer, but went on to have breast cancer, few realise men can be affected too, he has been gone for over 9 years now.
I wish to thankyou for your all that you are doing, and keep up the fight!
I also have a distant cousin that we haven’t heard from in a long time.
so we do not hold out much hope.

Linda, God bless you too sweetie. It is becoming more common and a lot easier to diagnose and remove if caught early enough. We caught mine before it was even visable on the tumor. It was stage one but very aggressive. Hense the chemo and radiation. In my opinion every female and Male for that matter, should start checking and doing self exams starting at puberty. If you have a long history, a lot of insurance companies are now allowing those patients to have ultrasounds. My daughter has had 4 exams to date. So far so Good.
God Bless and trust me I WILL NEVER REST WHILE CANCER IS IN THE BREAST!!!!!!
