Hello. 11th June and number 162 in the ongoing 365 image mega series.

Taken today at the Great Central Railway who were holding a WW2 weekend. This shot was taken at the Loughborough Central station. There were many people wearing period dress, from suits to army uniforms.

Levels adjustment and high pass filter layer then black and white conversion and contrast adjustment. A texture layer blended with overlay (twice, with reduced opacity) and partially erased. Sepia toned, edges lightened using the doge tool and then the whole imaged lightened by 12%.

Canon EOS 20D / Canon USM 28mm-105mm lens.

I’ve been taking photographs since 1997 and I still love it. After a brief dislike of photomanipulation I now use Photoshop extensively on a majority of my work. People are my favourite subject and I’m always on the look out for new models, so drop me a line if you’re interested! :)
