This picture started out as something completely different and then took on a life of its own. I was heading down a different path when I thought of a song that suited this piece and so I added a couple more elements to finish it off.
Various layers and filters were used (high pass, rough pastels) and a mix of three images with two textures thrown in. All my own photographs and my wife were used.

I’ve been taking photographs since 1997 and I still love it. After a brief dislike of photomanipulation I now use Photoshop extensively on a majority of my work. People are my favourite subject and I’m always on the look out for new models, so drop me a line if you’re interested! :)
