Letter to the Minister of the La Vista Church of Christ
I wrote the letter or e-mail in anger, after reading a piece about infant baptism, I have put this up for you to read.
I have since, drop my anger towards the church only because it is deaf….
I know I will be condemned for this, I’m preparing myself, lol
Letter to the Minister of the La Vista Church of Christ belongs to the following groups:

How do you feel about preaching non logical occult madness. You are the chains of the oppressed like your murderous brothers of all the Christian cults known to man. You are a disgrace!! I am angry because of what I see. If Jesus was here he would rip your heart from your chest and claim you man no more. Look at all these sect’s and branches that have plagued our world since man decided he was the centre of the universe, and look at your roots smothered in blood of innocent people. The church is an enemy of man! You have come with your god, like vikings a plundered and corrupted the heart of man. You have took something of what was a good idea for strength and hope and turned it into chains and slavery. The past years of the church have been nothing but insanity. A power hungry, corrupt and controlling manifestation of insanity given to a man made egotistical entity. You can shape that about in any way you want and it will still sums up the disgrace of the church. “Jesus said it best when He commissioned the apostles saying, “He who has believed and has been baptized shall be saved; but he who has disbelieved shall be condemned” (Mark 16:16).” Think on!! This makes me sick, I am seething with anger, if only you could see! I doubt this was ever said. From a man who spoke to a prostitute and accepted all no matter what, a revolutionist of his time maybe, but NOT the judge of man!!! Thanks to your page on the internet, you have made my past path possible to see. I was leaving throwing my hatred aside. Now I will not stop and turn all around me away from your god, away from your insanity. The church shall fall one day I will be standing crushing the last brick. Call me what you want, release your demon to the people, strike fear in their hearts, but the sheep shall lose there wool and their sight shall be returned and you will sit in the ashes of your god for eternity!

Hmm. Pretty firey letter to said Minister. Love to talk about it off list.
I think the church is the only institution where being sinful is an entry requirement. So when problems show up, I say, “What else is new?”

Brilliant! Powerfully written and emotionally charged. And, of course, blasphemous in the extreme ;) For me, religion has been nothing more than intangible emotional solace for those that require it.

Actually, I recall receiving this letter and had to discard it because it lacked content. Threats are not a reasoned argument. Until I saw the note in the corner I had no clue the author was upset regarding something regarding infant baptism. Nothing in the note indicates anything but hatred, of which I really don’t care since his anger makes no impact on truth. Finally, though addressed to a preacher, it states no interest in God or godly matters. With that being the case, there is no common ground on which to meet for a reasoned discussion. Hence it is in the file for other humorous letter’s I’ve received.
