What's up with the tee shirts?????

What’s going on with the tee shirt upload??? Every time I try to add a tee, it just shows a black box. At first I thought I saved my design in the wrong format, but I have tried 5 different designs (as wellas checking my format) and haven’t been able to upload a single one properly.
Does anyone know what’s going on?????
